Hi, my name is Jaspreet Badwal. I'm 14 years old. I am very straightforward, ruthless, and stubborn. Im not as horrible as I sound, I'm actually a very affectionate and forgiving person. I would describe myself as insane. To my friends I'm pretty normal but to someone else, not so much. I am a orange belt in karate and can break someones arm if I wanted to. Also, I am a dancer. I have been dancing for as long as I can remember but wasn't really competing until 5th grade.
I'm more than obsessed with beauty and fashion. I started playing around with makeup around 10 years old. I found it so interesting how someone can change the way they look with some foundation or bronzer. It was a whole new experience for me. In a sense my face was a blank canvas. I have obviously improved over the years and have stepped away from the one swipe of black eye shadow on my eyelids. Also around 13, I started getting the hang of putting together outfits.
This blog is mainly going to be about the latest trends, makeup and beauty hacks, debunking beauty myths, interesting DIYs and things I have been obsessing over. My parents are Indian so Indian fashion is a big part of my life as well. I love putting on a tikka or a headpiece and a Indian style dress. It just makes me feel a bit happier. I pretty much read every major fashion magazine and fan girl over the latest models like, Gigi Hadid or Cara Delavigne. I know who modeled for what and I always keep up with new trends for each season. When New York fashion week comes around it feels like Christmas. I am glued to my phone looking at the new runway clothing and the insane outfits people wear. I love seeing people making a statement.
